Any activity or rental cancelled by Parks and Recreation will be refunded in full. To request a refund or transfer, please visit www.forsythco.com/parks and click on Request a Refund to complete an online form or visit us in person to complete a written form. Class Refund Policy - Refunds/transfers requested 2 or more business days prior to the activity start date will receive a full refund/transfer. 50% of the activity fee will be refunded/transferred if requested before the second meeting of the program. No refunds/transfers after the second meeting of the program. Camp Refund Policy - Refunds/transfers requested 1 week or more prior to the camp start date will receive a full refund/transfer. 50% of the camp fee will be refunded/transferred if requested less than 1 week but by 12 p.m. on the Friday before the camp start date. No refunds/transfers after 12 p.m. on the Friday before camp starts. Pass Refund Policy - Refunds requested within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Athletic Leagues Refund Policy - No refunds will be issued for teams except under special circumstances as approved by the department. Facility Rental Refund Policy - Please refer to the facility rental agreement for refund policies. Campground Refund Policy - No penalty if requested 48 hours prior to the reservation date/check in time. If canceling within 48 hours or during stay a $10 service fee will be assessed per site. Date changes are considered a cancellation and will be assessed a $10 service fee per site if within 48 hours of arrival. Changing Sites - A $10.00 site change fee will be assessed per site 1 time during length of stay No shows, early departures, or cancellations after the scheduled arrival date are not entitled to a refund (Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on case by case basis and approved by Natural Resource Division Manager)
