Walk a Weigh I - This eight-week program is designed to help participants lose weight, gain nutrition knowledge and learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Each class will include a nutrition lesson, walking and recipe demo. Topics include cutting calories, increasing fiber, understanding labels and more.
Walk a Weigh II - This eight-week program is designed as a continuation of WAW-I, however participation in WAW-I is not required. Participants will learn to lose weight through walking. Each class will include a nutrition lesson, walking, and recipe demo.
